Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Slivered almonds
  • 1 cup  Cashews
  • 3/4 cup Sweet coconut (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons Dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons  Maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup  Raisins

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. 
  • Combine the oats, almonds, coconut, cashews, brown sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
  • In a plunger cup, measure the oil and syrup. Stir the oil and syrup into the dry ingredients.
  • Transfer the mixture to a half sheet pan and bake for about 1 hour and 15 minutes on the middle rack, stirring every 15 minutes until the colour is even.
  • Take out of the oven and transfer to a large and let it cool for 30 minutes. 
  • Stir in the raisins until they are evenly distributed. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
