- 3⁄4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄4 cup pesto sauce (prepared )
- 1⁄8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
In a small, heavy saucepan, heat heavy whipping cream and water until hot but not boiling.
Stir in the butter, pesto sauce, garlic powder, and salt. Continue to cook over low heat for about 5 more minutes.
Add 1/2 cup parmesan cheese and stir until melted. Pour over pasta and serve. Enjoy!
