Halo Top Ice Cream Recipe
Halo Top ice cream has this yummy homemade version that tastes the same as Halo Top but is a lot more economical than that. Moreover, this recipe is really easy and you can safely try it in your kitchen.
Ingredients
- ½ cup 2% milk
- ¼ cup Water
- 1 scoop Protein powder
- Ice cubes
- 1 Egg
- ½ cup Kosher salt
- 1 tsp Gelatin
Instructions
- In a saucepan, add water and milk and warm them on low heat.
- Then beat the egg. Add it to the milk and combine. Then add gelatin and stir in well. Transfer the saucepan away from the heat.
- Leave the mixture unbothered until it cools down. Then add protein powder. Mix properly and let it cool down further.
- When cooled down thoroughly, pour the milk mixture into a plastic bag (ziplock bag). In another ziplock bag, add kosher salt and ice cubes. Place the ziplock bag with milk into the ice bath and seal them.
- Shake the mixture properly for 10 minutes so that it can attain an ice cream consistency. Then transfer this ice cream to the serving cups. Garnish with your favourite fruit and serve. Enjoy!
