Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lbs  Ground Chuck
  • 1/4 cup  Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup  Bread Crumbs
  • 2   Eggs
  • 6 cloves  Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon  Salt
  • 1 teaspoon  Pepper
  • 32 oz  Marinara sauce
  • 8 oz Water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix the first 7 ingredients in a bowl, and avoid over-mixing.
  • Shape the mixture into 6 meatballs of equal size.
  • Arrange meatballs on a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake for 13-15 minutes for a dark crust.
  • Transfer the meatballs to a Dutch oven.
  • Combine marinara sauce and water, and pour over meatballs.
  • Cover with foil, bake for 35-45 minutes until cooked.
  • Place meatballs on a platter.
  • Ladle marinara oil over meatballs for extra flavour.
