I’m not a big fan of ice cream, but I do like Thomas Jefferson Ice Cream. It’s really delicious but is quite expensive. There are many different flavours that are available, including vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, or banana. If you want to make this ice cream recipe yourself, I am going to share with you a Thomas Jefferson ice cream recipe!
In a large saucepan, combine the cream, egg yolks, vanilla bean, and sugar. Whip until thickened. Reduce the heat to low. Melt the sugar. Make sure the mixture does not boil. Stir continuously.
Put the mixture in the bowl of an ice cream maker. Clean the vanilla bean and remove the seeds. Churn until it reaches the desired thickness.
Put the mixture in a box and refrigerate for at least six hours or overnight. Enjoy!
