If you’re a fan of Wendy’s Fast Food, you’ll probably know there’s a ghost pepper fry on the menu as a signature dish. In fact, as a fan of the fast-food chain, I’ve been missing out on a lot of Wendy’s food because I simply cannot resist ordering the ghost pepper fries. This recipe makes 25 ghost pepper fries. They are incredibly simple to make – just fry them in a little oil.
Combine the ghost pepper, mayo, sriracha, relish and hot sauce in the blender. Blend until smooth. Place the ghost pepper blend in the refrigerator.
Wash the potatoes and cut them into long thin slices. Sprinkle sea salt over them. Deep-fry them for about 6 to 8 minutes.
While the fries are in the oil, pour the Velveeta cheese, cheddar cheese, and milk into another pan. Stir and melt over low heat.
Add a little ground black pepper, but it is not necessary. Remove it from the heat once it has melted and has a smooth texture.
Drain the fries after removing them from the oil. Arrange them on a plate. Spread ghost pepper sauce on top. Pour cheese sauce generously over them. Enjoy!
