Ingredients

For the fries

  • 3 Russet Potatoes (sliced)
  • Sea Salt, One teaspoon 
  • Vegetable Oil, ½ cup

For the Wendy’s Ghost Pepper Sauce

  • 2 Wendy’s Ghost Peppers
  • Mayonnaise, ½ cup
  • Sriracha, ¼ cup
  • Relish, 2 tablespoons
  • Hot Sauce, 1 tablespoon

For the cheese sauce

  • Velveeta Cheese, 6 oz
  • Cheddar, ½ cup
  • Milk, ½ cup

Instructions

Step 1

Combine the ghost pepper, mayo, sriracha, relish and hot sauce in the blender. Blend until smooth. Place the ghost pepper blend in the refrigerator. 

Step 2

Wash the potatoes and cut them into long thin slices. Sprinkle sea salt over them. Deep-fry them for about 6 to 8 minutes.

Step 3

While the fries are in the oil, pour the Velveeta cheese, cheddar cheese, and milk into another pan. Stir and melt over low heat. 

Step 4

Add a little ground black pepper, but it is not necessary. Remove it from the heat once it has melted and has a smooth texture.

Step 5

Drain the fries after removing them from the oil. Arrange them on a plate. Spread ghost pepper sauce on top. Pour cheese sauce generously over them. Enjoy!
