Ingredients

  • 4 oz Frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp Smooth peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Soy milk
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, peanut butter, Greek yoghurt, and soy milk.
  • Blend in pulse mode and monitor the texture. It’s best to avoid having a too-liquidy or too-thick paradise smoothie.
  • Add the ice cubes and blend until they are crushed well. Increasing the speed of the blender for a minute will ensure that the ice is crushed well.
  • Blend it well and slowly add sugar to taste. Turn off the blender and pour the peanut paradise tropical smoothie into a tall smoothie glass.
  • Put a straw in it and enjoy.
