Sonoma Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  

For Dressing

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 4 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 5 tsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Poppy Seeds
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

For Salad

  • 3 cups Cooked chicken breast (boneless skinless,
  • Shredded)
  • 3/4 cup Pecan pieces toasted
  • 2 cups Red seedless grapes
  • 1 stalk Celery thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix together all the dressing ingredients thoroughly.
  • Place in the refrigerator until ready to dress the salad. It’s best to make the dressing 2 days ahead.
  • Mix the shredded chicken with the grapes, celery, onion, toasted pecans, and dressing in a large bowl. You can serve it immediately or store it in the refrigerator. If you make it the next day, it will taste even better!
