Ingredients

For Dressing

  • Mayonnaise, 1 cup 
  • Apple cider vinegar, 4 teaspoons
  • Honey, 5 teaspoon 
  • Poppy Seeds, 2 teaspoons
  • Sea salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)

FOR SALAD

  • 3 Cups Cooked chicken breast (boneless, skinless,Shredded)
  • Pecan pieces (toasted), 3/4 cup
  • Red seedless grapes, 2 cups
  • Celery (thinly sliced), 1 stalk

Instructions

Step 1

In a bowl, mix together all the dressing ingredients thoroughly.

Step 2

Place in the refrigerator until ready to dress the salad. It’s best to make the dressing 2 days ahead.

Step 3

Mix the shredded chicken with the grapes, celery, onion, toasted pecans, and dressing in a large bowl. You can serve it immediately or store it in the refrigerator. If you make it the next day, it will taste even better!
