Bisquick Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 2 tbsp Baking powder
  • 3 Bananas mashed
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Measure out approximately 2 cups of Bisquick in a large bowl. It is not necessary to be exact. For a thinner batter, you could probably add more milk. Also, add baking powder.
  • Use a fork to mash the bananas in a medium bowl. Stir in the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  • Stir the wet mixture into the dry stuff. This will look lumpy, but that’s OK.
  • Spray cooking spray on griddle and heat over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup pancake batter onto the griddle. Allow pancakes to bubble up until the edges are dry. Flip, and cook on the other side until browned.
  • To serve, top the pancakes with syrup, bananas, and pecans.
