How To Make Bisquick Banana Pancakes
Bisquick Banana pancakes are a delicious and easy-to-make breakfast that is sure to impress. This recipe is easy and delicious and requires only a few ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen. Those ingredients include dry milk, buttermilk, baking powder, and vanilla extract. These natural ingredients come together to make a tasty banana pancake recipe.
- Bisquick baking mix, 2 cup
- Baking powder, 2 tablespoons
- Bananas (mashed), 3
- Milk, 1⁄4 cup
- Eggs, 2
- Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon
Measure out approximately 2 cups of Bisquick in a large bowl. It is not necessary to be exact. For a thinner batter, you could probably add more milk. Also, add baking powder.
Use a fork to mash the bananas in a medium bowl. Stir in the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Stir the wet mixture into the dry stuff. This will look lumpy, but that’s OK.
Spray cooking spray on griddle and heat over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup pancake batter onto the griddle. Allow pancakes to bubble up until the edges are dry. Flip, and cook on the other side until browned.
To serve, top the pancakes with syrup, bananas, and pecans.
