I always love to make ribs. But I always wonder why my ribs are so tender, while my friends’ ribs are all dried up. That’s when I had my first Air Fryer experience. It was the time of Brian, who had lost his wife of 10 years to cancer, and I helped him get through his dark days. While I don’t know if it was the Air Fryer that did the trick for him, or perhaps it was another dimension that had been added to him by nature, I am sure that it did the trick, because after that day
Dry the ribs by rinsing them and patting them dry. Prepare a small bowl by mixing together the garlic powder, smoked paprika, and ground black seasoning.
Set the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray nonstick cooking spray on the air fryer basket.
Sprinkle a small amount of the seasoning mixture on the ribs.
In the basket of the air fryer, arrange the ribs one by one. Cook for 20 minutes at 380 degrees. Brush the ribs with barbecue sauce after removing the basket.
Add the fried chicken back into the air fryer and cook for 2 more minutes. Using a meat thermometer, verify that the temperature of the pork is 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
You can serve this dish with your favourite sides.
