Pour the milk into your blender and assemble it. Put the ice cream in the blender jug and blend. Take care to avoid splashing milk.
Put the pieces of cake into the mixture. Blend the whipped cream, chocolate frosting, and vanilla essence.
Start the blender and close the lid. Use the transparent lid to see how thick it is. Thick milkshakes are more flavorful. For best results, blend the shake for 3-5 minutes.
To check if the mix is thick, open the lid and stick a spoon into it once you see it forming a liquid. Turn off the blender once you are satisfied. To mix the ingredients even more, blend them for an additional minute or two.
Fill a milkshake glass with the mixed ingredients after the blending is completed. If you want, you can sprinkle some sprinkles on top and top the drink off with some whipped cream.
