  • Set the oven's temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Aluminium foil should be used to line and set aside a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  • Combine the butter and sugar at medium speed in your stand mixer using the paddle attachment. After that, add the flour while the mixer is on low. It will be a dry mixture.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of the pan as evenly as possible. 18 to 20 minutes of baking or until gently browned.
  • Prepare the filling while the crust is baking. In a big bowl, combine sugar, corn syrup, eggs, and vanilla and whisk until combined.
  • Mix thoroughly after whisking in the salt and flour. Afterwards, whisk in the pecans.
  • Cover the crust with the pecan mixture as soon as it is finished baking. 30-35 minutes of baking time, or until the middle is barely set.
  • Before cutting into bars, let the mixture cool fully. You can also keep it chilled and airtight until you're ready to serve.
