  • 3 Russet Potatoes sliced
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • ½ cup Vegetable Oil

For the Wendy’s Ghost Pepper Sauce

  • 2 Ghost Peppers
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Sriracha

  • 1 tbsp Hot Sauce

For the cheese sauce

  • 6 oz Velveeta Cheese

  • ½ cup Milk

Instructions

  • Combine the ghost pepper, mayo, sriracha, relish and hot sauce in the blender. Blend until smooth. Place the ghost pepper blend in the refrigerator.
  • Wash the potatoes and cut them into long thin slices. Sprinkle sea salt over them. Deep-fry them for about 6 to 8 minutes.
  • While the fries are in the oil, pour the Velveeta cheese, cheddar cheese, and milk into another pan. Stir and melt over low heat.
  • Add a little ground black pepper, but it is not necessary. Remove it from the heat once it has melted and has a smooth texture.
