- Whole chicken (cut into pieces)
- All-purpose flour, 1 cup
- Egg shake, 1 cup
- Cayenne pepper, 1 tablespoon
- Cajun seasoning, 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil (for frying), 1 quart
- Paprika powder, 1 tablespoon
- Salt, 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper, 1 tablespoon
