  • Coconut oil
  • Black coffee without sugar
  • Pure natural butter (no light margarine)
  • 2 to 3 eggs (preferably free-range)
  • 150 grams of the best quality bacon
  • half chopped onion
  • half a spoon of curry powder

PREPARATION MODE

What we have above are the ingredients that simulate a popular breakfast combination, like bread with coffee. However, you will eat healthy, slimming foods, that will keep you full for hours.

First, let’s prepare our liquid. In a blender or processor place two tablespoons of coconut oil together with a spoon of butter. Then add a cup of hot, unsweetened black coffee and blend until creamy.

There, in that first moment, we have our “cappuccino”. Although you find it strange and find it a little bitter because you are used to sugar, I guarantee that it is only because your brain is used to things that need sugar. But in a few days, you will notice the pure taste of coffee and will no longer want to know about sugar. However, if you still feel the need to sweeten your drink, then use natural sweeteners based on stevia.

Now let’s make our stir to have what to eat to accompany the “cappuccino”. In a frying pan place one to two tablespoons of olive oil, coconut oil, or lard. Your choice, but NO vegetable oil. While heating the pan, break the eggs and stir them on a plate with the fork, add salt to taste, and the curry powder.

With your chosen fat hot in the skillet, place the diced bacon and leave for a while until they are toasted. At this point you can already put the cut onions also so that they are well cooked. Then just add the scrambled eggs in the frying pan, stir and in a few moments you will be ready.
