How To Make Peach Cobbler Egg Rolls

All you need to make these delicious Peach Cobbler egg rolls is roll wraps, granulated sugar, peaches, water, corn starch etc. So let’s get started!


  • Egg roll wraps, 12 
  • White granulated sugar, 1/4 cup
  • Fresh peaches 3 peaches, 2 1/4 cups
  • Water, 1/4 cup
  • Corn starch, 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice, 2 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Butter (melted), 2 tablespoon
  • Brown sugar, 1/2 cup
  • Ground cinnamon, 1 tablespoon

For The Homemade Vanilla Icing

  • Confectioner’s sugar, 1 cup
  • Milk, 2 tablespoon
  • Vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon


Step 1

Peel your fresh peaches, then place them on a cutting board so that you can slice and dice them.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine corn starch and water, and use a whisk to mix and break up any lumps.

Step 3

Add the diced peaches, white granulated sugar, water mixed with cornstarch, and lemon juice to a saucepan over medium heat.

Cook your peach mixture until it becomes thick and bubbly, stirring constantly. Remove the mixture from the heat and add the vanilla extract.

In a small bowl, beat your egg, while in a microwave-safe bowl, melt your butter.
