  • Cleaned shrimp, 24 oz
  • Melted butter, 6 tablespoons
  • Salt, 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes, ¼ teaspoon 
  • Garlic cloves (minced), 2
  • Shallot (minced), 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley (chopped), 1 tablespoon
  • Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice, 1-1/2 tablespoons
  • Angel hair pasta, 12 oz

Instructions

Step 1

Boil the water and salt it. Cook the pasta until it is tender but still firm. Remove the pasta from the water and reserve.

Step 2

Melt the butter and whisk in red pepper flakes, garlic, Dijon mustard, shallots, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper. 

Step 3

Add the shrimp to the mixture and toss to coat evenly. Transfer to a baking pan. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

Step 4

Place the shrimp and butter mixture in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes. When done, mix it with the pasta. Combine the shrimp and butter mixture well.

Step 5

To serve, sprinkle chopped parsley on top and garnish with lemon wedges.
