- Tomatoes (drained), 1 can (28 oz)
- Ground beef, 1 pound
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- Beef broth, 3 cans (13 3/4 oz)
- Kidney beans, 1 can (15 1/2 oz)
- 1⁄2 medium cabbage (chopped)
- Tomato paste, 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Prepare the tomatoes by chopping them and reserving their juice.
