If you are looking for a family-friendly smoothie recipe with an indigenous tropical vibe, you’ve come to the right place. This is the ultimate peanut paradise smoothie recipe which is also particularly designed for children. The peanut paradise tropical smoothie provides a creamy mixture of peanuts, coconut milk, chocolate chips and more. It’s honestly one of my most favourite recipes with no sugar added.
A tropical smoothie can be a tasty addition to any meal, but it doesn’t have to be boring. These easy smoothies are great for breakfast or lunch. They are naturally healthy, but you can adjust the ingredients depending on what you have in the fridge. This simple peanut paradise smoothie recipe is also very easy to prepare and delivers a deliciously balanced flavour.
There are plenty of great smoothies to make at home with coconut milk, but not many recipes for this tasty drink. This Peanut Paradise Tropical Smoothie recipe is faux paleo, but with fruit, walnuts, and chocolate it’s not the healthiest smoothie to make, but it’s one of the best smoothies recipes I’ve found in a while.

- Soy milk, 1/2 cup
- Ice cubes
Instructions
Step 1
In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, peanut butter, Greek yoghurt, and soy milk.
