If you love passata just like I do, you undoubtedly already have some recipes that always have your back. You make your favorite dishes when you need some comfort food or a date night winner. Making a passata recipe isn’t so easy. I can think of many such situations where an easy recipe has been served. But having the same taste of passata every time often makes it boring.
Due to the sunny days, I often felt laziness in myself. Obviously, it’s hectic to go to the kitchen to make time-consuming recipes. Like everyone, I also love to spend my summer days in the cooling of the air conditioner. That’s why I prefer easy-to-make quick recipes. Keeping in view the nutritional content and my family’s demand that is to eat a different dish in every meal, I tried this recipe of Gordon Ramsay.
So, I thought to revive my meal with a delicious taste of echalion shallots. I decided to have my favorite Ratatouille Recipe Gordon Ramsay this evening. I decided to add some eggs also. If your kids don’t like eggs, you can give them in this way. Being a good source of protein and vitamin D, eggs will not only increase the yumminess of passata but also nutritional value. Let’s make this luscious passata recipe.

Preheat your oven to 190C. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a pan over a high flame. Add shallots and seasoning in it and fry for almost two minutes.

Afterward, add pepper and aubergine, crust into the garlic, and then saute for another 1 minute.
Step 3
Now add Courgette and fry it for another two minutes. Then add paprika, passata, and cumin to the pan. Stir the mixture well and heat it till it simmers. Cook the ingredients for almost 8 to 10 minutes until all the vegetables are made tender and soft.

Now divide your Ratatouille Recipe Gordon Ramsay between the 2 individual shallow dishes which are ovenproof. I used 1 large ovenproof bowl. Either you can make 1 indentation in every egg in your dish with a spoon and afterward, you can crack an egg in each dish.
Step 5
Bake it for almost 8 to 12 minutes to turn egg whites hard. Keep the egg yolks soft and running in the middle of the dish. Your delicious Ratatouille Recipe Gordon Ramsay is ready in a few minutes. Serve it to your kids immediately with some fresh french bread.
