  • 6 Grilled chicken breasts

  • Parmesan cheese (Grated)
  • Parsley (Chopped)

For The Portobello Mushroom Sauce

  • Condensed cream of mushroom soup, 5 1/2 oz
  • Soybean oil, 1 cup
  • Portobello mushrooms (finely chopped), 8 ounces
  • Flour, 1 cup
  • Water, 2 quarts + 1 cup
  • White pepper, 1 teaspoon
  • Granulated garlic, 2 teaspoons
  • Granulated salt, 1 teaspoon
  • Granulated sugar, 2 Tablespoons

Instructions

For the Portobello Mushroom Chicken:

Step 1

On a baking tray, place chicken breasts that have been grilled.

Step 2

On each piece of chicken, place a slice of Monterey Jack cheese. Heat until the cheese melts. 

Step 3

Spread the Portobello Mushroom Sauce over the chicken.

Step 4

Garnish with grated parmesan cheese, sauteed portobello mushrooms, and fresh chopped parsley. Enjoy!

Mix the water and soup together and set aside.
