Ingredients

  • Blueberries, 400 grams
  • Flour, 325 grams
  • Caster sugar, 150 grams
  • Egg, 1 
  • Seed oil, 120 grams
  • Whole white yogurt, 120 grams
  • Milk, 120 grams
  • Berry of vanilla, 1/2 
  • Baking powder, 2 teaspoons
  • Salt, 1 pinch
  • Bicarbonate, 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

Step 1

Whisk the egg and sugar together with a whisk until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the milk, oil, and yogurt.

Step 2

Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and vanilla seeds separately. Stir in the liquid mixture. Beat until smooth. 

Step 3
