- Large shrimp (peeled and deveined), 3/4 lb
For the Sauce
- Butter, 2 tablespoon
- Garlic (Chopped), 3/4 teaspoon
- Bacon bits, 1 tablespoon
- All purpose Flour, 1 tablespoon
- Parmesan cheese (grated), 1/4 cup
- Heavy cream, 1/3 cup
- Skim milk, 1/2 cups

- Red peppers (roasted), cut into small strips, 1/4 cup
- Green pepper (roasted), cut into small strips, 1/4 cup of
- Bacon bits, 1 tablespoon
- Onion, 1/4 cup
- Hot cooked rice, 6 cups
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a bowl, mix extra virgin olive oil, hot water, garlic, and seasoning.

Then add the chicken strips and shrimp. Put them in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes.

For the sauce, over medium heat, melt the butter in a large saucepan. Combine the bacon bits with the garlic. Stir frequently for 5 minutes.
