- Celery (finely chopped), 2 cups

- Garlic cloves, 6-7
- Large sprigs fresh thyme, 3
- Organic Chicken Stock, 96 oz
- Gigli pasta, ½ pound
- Olive oil
- Kosher salt (to taste)

Step By Step Instructions for Chunky Chicken Noodle Soup
Use a sharp knife to cut chicken thighs into bite-size pieces. Add about 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a large stockpot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
