Ingredients
- Red Bell Pepper (diced), 1
- Orange Bell Pepper (diced), 1
- Jalapeño Peppers (diced), 3
- Serrano Peppers (diced), 2
- Garlic cloves (minced), 3
- Chicken stock
- Cilantro (finely chopped), 1 bunch
- Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can (10 oz)
- Green Chili Peppers (Hot Chopped), 1 can (4 oz)
- Green Chili Peppers (Mild Chopped), 1 can (4 oz)
- Tomatillos (Crushed), 1 can (11 oz)
- American Cheese (grated), 1 pound
Instructions
Step 1
In a large pot, add a small amount of chicken stock. Let it simmer on medium-high heat.
Step 2
Sauté the peppers and garlic in the pot until they are tender and fragrant. Stir cilantro, soup, green chillies, and tomatillos into the pot. Cook until warm.
Step 3
Add mixture to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour mixture back into the pot and heat again.
Step 4
Add American cheese and cook until cheese melted through. Keep in the refrigerator until serving, in a tightly sealed container. It is best served warm.
