Cut down the chicken breasts into smaller pieces of almost equal size. (about 5 cm)

In a skillet, add extra virgin olive oil and heat it. Then add sliced onions and cook them on a medium flame until they are soft.
Step 4
Then add diced tomatoes and chicken cubes to it. On the same medium flame, saute them for about 8-10 minutes. Flip the sides of the chicken cubes to cook from the other side also.

Then lower down the flame. Let the chicken cook on the lower flame for a few more minutes before adding the beer.

After adding beer, cook for another 15 minutes slowly. Make sure that the chicken does not stick or burn to the bottom of the skillet. Season with salt and pepper.

Follow these steps:
- On a medium-high flame, heat the canola oil in the skillet.
- Then add chicken and brown it from both sides.
- Remove it to a cooking pot and add all the ingredients besides almonds, olives, and capers.
- Boil and then simmer for an hour until it is done.
- Then add capers and olives. Cook for another 4-5 minutes.
- Take out and serve with toasted almonds.
