How To Make Subway Chipotle Southwest Sauce

Ingredients
- One chipotle chile in adobo (pureed)
- Mayonnaise, 1/2 Cup
- Flavour-free Greek yogurt, 1/2 Cup
- Cilantro (chopped), 1/4 Cup
- Ground cumin, 1/4 tablespoon
- Dried dill, 1/4 tablespoon
- Lime juice, 1/2 oz
- Garlic, 1/4 oz
- Kosher salt (to taste)
Instructions
Step 1
In the food blender, combine the Chipotles with the Adobo paste from the canned Chipotles.
Step 2
Add all the other ingredients to the food processor or blender along with the Chipotle Chile and salt to taste.
Step 3
Combine all of the ingredients in the blender to form a smooth paste. You must blend the paste until it reaches a uniform consistency. It will take about 2 to 3 minutes to achieve this smooth consistency. To get a lovely creamy mix, whiz the mixture for 3 minutes.
Step 4
As soon as you have achieved the desired smoothness, you can empty your blender. pour the sauce into a squeezable bottle and store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
