Pickled Sausage Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cup white vinegar
- 1 qt 28 ounce package of little Smokies
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp minced dried onion
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp ed pepper powder
- 1 qt quart-size mason jar
Instructions
- Combine all the spices, water, vinegar into a pan.
- Put it on the stove and boil for about five minutes.
- Sterilize a quart-size mason jar.
- Pour smokies into a jar.
- Fill the jar with the mixture.
