We’re going to be taking a little bit of a step back in time to about the 1970s. when the old pin Row sausages used to be popular. I remember eating these when I was a kid and absolutely loving them. there is a small little smoky briny vinegary sausage that you got inside of little tiny jars we always had them as a special treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cup white vinegar
  • 1 qt 28 ounce package of little Smokies
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp minced dried onion
  • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp ed pepper powder
  • 1 qt quart-size mason jar

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the spices, water, vinegar into a pan.
  • Put it on the stove and boil for about five minutes.
  • Sterilize a quart-size mason jar.
  • Pour smokies into a jar.
  • Fill the jar with the mixture.
