How To Make White Christmas
White Christmas is a classic Australian dessert with an easy no-bake version. It makes a lovely addition to any Christmas dessert table and makes great homemade Christmas gifts thanks to its white chocolate, cereal, and tangy red cranberries. After collecting all the ingredients, let’s start making the White Christmas recipe.
- White chocolate melts, 500g
- Rice bubbles, 1 1/2 cups
- Coles glace cherries (halved), 100g
- Almonds (roasted and halved), 160g
- Sultanas, 160g
- Desiccated coconut, 1 cup
- Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon
Prepare a baking pan measuring 30cm x 20cm with baking paper.
In a heatproof bowl, melt the chocolate over simmering water. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Fill the prepared pan with the mixture, pressing down evenly with a large metal spoon. Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours or until set.
Place the slice on a chopping board. Prepare the knife by dipping it in hot water. Cut the slices into squares. Enjoy!
