- Ginger beer (chilled), 1 litre
- Tequila, 1 cup
- Lime juice, 1/2 cup
- Fresh mint sprigs, 2 cups
- 2 limes (sliced)
- Ice (crushed), 3 cups
- Long green chillies (halved lengthways)
Instructions
Step 1
In a small saucepan, combine sugar and 1/3 cup water. Cook over low heat for five minutes or until the sugar dissolves. Allow cooling completely.
Step 2
In a large jug, combine sugar syrup, ginger beer, lime slices, tequila, lime juice, mint, and ice. Add chilli halves to serving glasses. Pour the punch into glasses. Enjoy.
