Step-by-Step Recipe to Make Appetizing Air Fryer Cinnamon Rolls
Let’s start cooking prepared cinnamon rolls in an air fryer. You can cook cinnamon rolls from scratch as well by taking dough and all other things. But I prefer cooking prepared food to make everything quickly to manage my work hours and home chores properly.
Here is the recipe that I use to cook luscious air fryer cinnamon rolls.
Step 1
Take out a refrigerated can of Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls.
Step 2
Separate the canned dough into 8 parts and make cinnamon rolls.
Step 3
Cut every roll into small 4 pieces and set all the pieces aside to keep them in the air fryer basket.
Step 4
Take out around an 8-inch piece of cooking parchment paper to place in the bottom of the air fryer. Doing so will prevent your cinnamon rolls from sticking into the air fryer basket.
Step 5
Set 16 pieces of cinnamon rolls into the air fryer basket by keeping the temperature of the air fryer to 325°F. Cook cinnamon rolls for 3-5 minutes till they turn golden brown.
Step 6
When one side of the rolls gets golden brown, turn over every piece with tongs. Once they are cooked, remove them from the air fryer.
Step 7
Cook the remaining 16 pieces of cinnamon rolls with the same process.
Step 8
Meanwhile, take cream cheese and softened butter in a bowl and beat it with an electric beater at medium speed to make the cream smooth.
Step 9
Add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to the mixture while mixing it with an electric mixer to get your icing in dripping consistency.
Step 10
Place the frosting in a plastic storage icing bag and pour the icing mixture onto cooked cinnamon rolls.
Step 11
Serve warm cinnamon rolls with dripping icing to your guests as tea snacks.
Important Notes
- Use slightly warm milk that will also help in softening your cream.
- If you want to avoid the use of any kind of oil then you can place parchment paper on the basket to prevent this from sticking.
- Your dough will continue to rise when we are waiting to put it in an air fryer basket. I will suggest you guys put the last few batches in your refrigerator. The dough might override and then become flat.
- If you have time for your breakfast and you do not want to cook the cinnamon rolls at once, then you can keep them in your refrigerator after you have rolled them. And wherever you are ready to cook them then take the cinnamon rolls out and air fries them.
