How To Make Cheesecake Factory Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms are a delicious two-ingredient side dish that can be enjoyed anytime and in any restaurant, at home, or hangout spot. These mushrooms are the perfect dish to prepare on a summer night and are especially good for those who want to eat healthier, especially for people who live a vegan or vegetarian diet. The recipe is easy and quick, and it tastes just like the original!
Ingredients
- Large portobello mushrooms, 1 pound
- Olive oil, 2 tablespoon
- Unsalted butter, 1 tablespoon
- Garlic cloves (minced), 1 tablespoon
- Green onions (minced), 1 tablespoon
- Lemon concentrate, 1 tablespoon
- Bread crumbs, ½ cup
- Italian seasoning, 1 tablespoon
- Parmesan cheese (grated or powdered), ¼ cup
- Mozzarella cheese (grated), 1 cup
- Parsley (chopped)
Instructions
Step 1
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Step 2
Wash the mushrooms, remove the stems, and brush all the mushrooms with olive oil.
Step 3
Melt the remaining olive oil and butter together in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 4
In a bowl, combine onion and garlic with oil and sauté for a few minutes.
Step 5
Mix lemon concentrate with cheese, Italian seasoning and bread crumbs with sautéed onion and garlic. Combine well and fill mushroom caps gently with this mixture.
Step 6
Bake the mushrooms for 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
Step 7
Sprinkle parmesan cheese and parsley over the baked mushrooms. Serve immediately!
