- Mozzarella cheese (thinly sliced), 4 ounces
- 1 Ciabatta bread loaf (cut in half lengthwise),
- Spinach, 1/2 package (5 oz)
- 1 tomato (thinly sliced)
Mix the lemon zest, mayonnaise, and basil together. Place in the refrigerator until ready to use.
