  • Chicken broth, 8 cups
  • Pasta noodles (any choice), 8 oz
  • Cooked chicken (diced), 8 oz
  • 2 small carrots (cut into rounds)
  • Parsley (chopped), 1/8 cup
  • Kosher salt (to taste)
  • Freshly ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon


Step 1

Pour water into a medium saucepan and bring the water to a boil. Then add pasta noodles and cook for 5 minutes, or until al dente. When done, drain the noodles and rinse them with cold water to keep them from getting sticky. 

Step 2

Add chicken broth to the saucepan and bring it to a boil. Add the chopped parsley and carrots to the chicken broth, and reduce the heat to a simmer. 

Step 3
