- Chicken cutlets (boneless), 1.5 Pounds
- Milk, 3/4 cup
- Creamy peanut butter, 3 tablespoon
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Corn Flakes (crushed), 2-3 cups
- Vegetable Oil
For The Sauce
- Creamy peanut butter, ½ cup
- Soy sauce, 3 tablespoon
- Brown sugar, 3 tablespoon
- Water, 3/4 cup
Combine milk, 3 tbsp peanut butter, and egg in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Let the chicken soak in this mixture for a few minutes while you prepare the rest.
Prepare the sauce by placing all ingredients in a glass measuring cup or other microwave-safe containers. If you don’t reach your desired consistency after adding half a cup of water, you might add more later.
In the Microwave, heat the mixture for 30 seconds, and then whisk to thoroughly combine. Microwave for another 30 seconds. If necessary, add more water to thin the mixture.
Coat chicken pieces in Corn Flakes and cook in oil, flipping once, until browned on both sides and cooked through. You can serve this dish with rice and veggies of your choice and drizzle with peanut butter sauce. Have fun!
