Ingredients
- Bacon (sliced), 1⁄2 pound
- 6 garlic cloves (minced)
- Chorizo sausage (thinly sliced), 10 oz
- Flank steaks (cut into 1-inch chunks), 1 1⁄2 pounds
- 1 medium white onion (diced)
- 2 medium potatoes (diced)
- 3 Roma tomatoes (diced)
- 3 chipotles bell peppers (minced)
- Negra Modelo beer, 12 ounces
- Beef broth (low sodium), 1 cup
- Worcestershire sauce, 5 tablespoons
- Oregano, 1 tablespoon
- Cumin, 1⁄2 tablespoon
- Pepper, 1 1⁄2 teaspoons
- Salt (to taste)
- 6 corn tortillas
Instructions
Step 1
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the bacon until it is crispy and brown. Stir in the garlic and chorizo and simmer for a few minutes.

Bring the heat up slightly, move the chorizo mixture to the side of the skillet, and add the beef to the centre.
