- Marinated Chicken Breast ( Sliced and cubed), 16 oz
- Salad Oil, 2 tablespoon
- Sesame Oil, 1 teaspoon
- Whole Dry Chili Pepper, 8 pcs
- Ground Ginger, 1 teaspoon
- Ground Garlic, 1 teaspoon
- Red Chili Pepper (Crushed), 1 teaspoon
- Washed Black Beans, 1½ teaspoon
- Red Bell pepper (Diced), 2 oz
- Yellow bell pepper Tri-Cut, 2 oz
- Yellow Onion (Diced), 3 oz
- Cooking Wine, 1 teaspoon
- Soy Sauce, 1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch, 1 Tablespoon
- Water, ¼ cup
Instructions
Step 1
Heat a clean wok over a high flame. Add 2 tablespoons of salad oil and heat until hot.
Step 2
Add the marinated chicken breasts to the wok. Stir quickly to separate the meat and cook for about 50 seconds. Remove the cooked marinated chicken breast and oil from the wok and drain well.
Step 3
In the heated wok, combine the whole dry chili pepper, ground ginger, ground garlic, crushed red chili pepper, and washed black beans. Stir for 30 seconds.
Step 4
Add the cooked chicken breasts, diced red bell pepper, tri-cut yellow bell pepper, and diced yellow onion. Heat the sauce until it boils and thickens.
Step 5
Continue to stir and fold the ingredients until thoroughly mixed, then add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
