- Pecan, 250 g
- Sugar, 150 g
- Flour, 100 g
- Butter, 100 g
- 4 eggs
- Strong coffee, 1 dl
Instructions
Step 1
Set the oven’s thermostat to 5. Chop the pecans and 30 g of sugar finely in a food processor. Sift the eggs and separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Step 2
Place the yolks in one bowl and the whites in another. Beat the yolks with 100 g of sugar until they turn white.
Step 3
Beat in the butter and coffee without stopping. Add the flour, mix with a spatula, then add the chopped nuts.
Step 4
Add the rest of the sugar to the egg whites and beat until stiff. Gently fold them into the previous mixture.
Step 5
Butter a springform pan with a diameter of 24 cm. Place the dough in the pan and bake for 50 minutes. After baking, let the dough stand for 5 minutes and then unmold. Enjoy!
