  • Large Pike’S Peak Roast Cut, 1
  • Olive Oil, ½ cup
  • 2 Beers (any Choice)
  • Peppercorns, 4
  • Dill (Chopped), ½ tablespoon
  • Basil (Chopped), ½ tablespoon
  • 5 Carrots (Diced into Bite-Sized Pieces)
  • 1 Large Onion (Cut into Large Chunks)
  • 4 Gold Potatoes (Diced into Bite-Sized Pieces)

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the roast by rinsing and drying it before placing it in a bowl that is large enough to accommodate it.
