- Large Pike’S Peak Roast Cut, 1
- Olive Oil, ½ cup
- 2 Beers (any Choice)
- Peppercorns, 4
- Dill (Chopped), ½ tablespoon
- Basil (Chopped), ½ tablespoon
- 5 Carrots (Diced into Bite-Sized Pieces)
- 1 Large Onion (Cut into Large Chunks)
- 4 Gold Potatoes (Diced into Bite-Sized Pieces)
Prepare the roast by rinsing and drying it before placing it in a bowl that is large enough to accommodate it.
Spread olive oil over it, then pour the beer over it. Let it marinate for an hour. If you marinate for longer, you’ll have more flavor!
