- Distilled vinegar, 4 tablespoons
- Pimentos (Drained), 1 tablespoon
- Cayenne pepper, 1 pinch
- Mayonnaise, 3/4 cup

In a small bowl, combine the cheeses and cornstarch and mix well. Place aside. You will need two slices (equal to 1/3 cup) of Pepper Jack Cheese from Sergeant Limited Edition for this recipe.

To prepare the mixture, combine the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, corn syrup, jalapeno, dry buttermilk, evaporated milk, and about 3 tablespoons of the vinegar in a small saucepan. Mix the buttermilk powder into the mixture until it dissolves.
