Ingredients
- 10 qt Lions Mane Mushrooms (2 inch pieces)
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp old bay seasoning
- 1 tsp cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp potato starch or corn starch
- 1 cup unsweetened alternative milk
Instructions
- Add all the dry ingredients to a medium bowl.
- Pour 1 cup of unsweetened alternative milk and mix that up until you get a nice consistent smooth batter. if you feel like the batter is a little too thick feel free to add a little more alternative milk.
