Perkins potato pancakes are delicious and easy to make. they are made using homemade batter and are perfectly delicious even for kids. They are ideal for breakfast but are very easy to prepare.
Perkins potato pancake recipes are prepared just like pancakes, but they are made with potatoes instead of the traditional sweet potato. The potato is then dried into flour which is then added to the liquid of choice. The liquid is stirred with the dried flour until the liquid is thickened. Once thickened, it’s added to the pancakes, which are served with maple syrup.
How To Make Perkins Potato Pancakes

Ingredients
- All-purpose flour, 1 cup
- Whole milk, 1 cup
- Eggs, 4
- Butter (melted), 3 tsp
- Sugar, 3 tsp
- Baking powder, 1/4 tsp
- Salt, 1/2 tsp
- Fresh parsley (chopped), 1 tsp
- Onion (minced), 1 tablespoon
- Frozen hash browns, 2 1/2 cups OR Fresh Potatoes (shredded), 4
Instructions
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients, except the potatoes. Using a hand mixer or electric mixer, beat the mixture until smooth.
Step 2
Stir the potatoes into the batter and mix until the potatoes are mixed well. While you pre-heat the griddle or skillet, let the batter rest. Grease the pan with butter.
Step 3
Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan. Cook as many as will comfortably fit in your pan at one time. Cook pancakes for about 2 minutes per side until brown. Spread butter on top of the stack and serve.
