How To Make Dolmio Lasagna Recipe

Dolmio is a dish that requires a lot of ingredients. What many don’t realize is that making this recipe isn’t too hard but can become time-consuming. Some of the ingredients that are involved in making lasagna recipes include beef, minced chicken, canned tomatoes, and onions. It’s important to note that making a dolmio lasagna recipe is more an art than it is a science.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet of lasagna sheets
  • 500g minced lean beef or minced chicken
  • 1 bottle Lasagne white sauce
  • 1 bottle Pasta sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dark soya sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 4 Large Size Carrots
  • 5 Handfuls Baby spinach
  • 5 Garlic Cloves
  • 1-2 Cups Button mushrooms (halved)
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 1 Bell peppers of each colour (red, green, yellow)
  • Half a teaspoon of salt
  • Half a teaspoon pepper powder
  • Parmesan Cheese grated
  • Mozzarella cheese grated

Step 1

Fill a large pan with water and add 2 tablespoons of oil. Bring the water to a rapid boil. Reduce the flame to medium and arrange lasagna sheets upright in the pan. During the boiling process, they will slowly slide down.

Step 2

The sheets should be boiled for about 10-15 minutes, constantly stirring with tongs so that they don’t stick together. Remove all the sheets gently once they are tender. Arrange the lasagna sheets separately on a tray and sprinkle some cold water over it.

Step 3

Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a large wok. Chop the onion and garlic and fry them. Round up the carrots and drop them in. Fry until tender. Drop the halved button mushrooms. Cut three bell peppers into squares. Once the vegetables are soft, stir fry them for a few minutes.

Step 4

Season with salt and pepper powder according to taste. All the vegetables should go on one side of the wok, and the meat should go on the other. Cook the meat until it is brown. Stir fry under medium heat.  Please do not close the lid. Add the Loyd pasta sauce now. Add 2 tbsp of mayo, 2 tbsp of soy sauce, and 2 tbsp of ketchup.

Step 5

Add vegetables and meat to the pan and stir fry for a few minutes. Once the sauce is fully cooked, add the spinach and stir fry. Please do not close the lid as it will release water. This is the time to adjust to taste. Set aside.

Step 6
Get a wide lasagne dish. First, spread a layer of meat. Then cover the meat neatly with lasagna sheets. Make sure the sheets are not overlapping. Ensure that the whole surface is covered.

Step 7

On top of the lasagna sheets, pour a layer of white sauce. On top, sprinkle some cheddar cheese. Next, it is time to add another layer of meat.

Pour the white sauce again and top with cheese. Repeat these steps until the dish reaches the brim. Put a lot of Parmesan cheese on top. Put a liberal amount of Mozzarella on top. Bake the dish on the middle shelf of the oven. Sneak a peek after 15 minutes. Take the dish out if the top has become golden brown. Before serving the dish, let it rest for 10 minutes.

Step 8

Slice into squares and slide them up on plates gently with a spatula dipped in water. You can serve it warm with garlic bread or by itself.
