- Marinated Chicken Breast ( Sliced), 12 oz
- Salad Oil, 2 tablespoon
- Sesame Oil, 1 teaspoon
- Whole Dry Chili Pepper, 8 pcs
- Ground Ginger, 1 teaspoon
- Ground Garlic, 1 teaspoon
- Red Chili Pepper (Crushed), 1 teaspoon
- Washed Black Beans, 1½ teaspoon
- Red Bell pepper (Diced), 2 oz
- Yellow bell pepper Tri-Cut, 2 oz
- Yellow Onion (Diced), 3 oz
- Cooking Wine, 1 teaspoon
- Soy Sauce, 1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch, 1 Tablespoon
- Water, ¼ cup
Over a high flame, heat a clean wok. Heat 2 tablespoons of salad oil in the wok until hot.
Put the marinated chicken breasts into the wok. Cook for approximately 50 seconds, stirring quickly to separate the meat. Take out the cooked marinated chicken breast and oil from the wok. Drain thoroughly.
In a heated wok, combine A and B. Stir for 30 seconds. Then add chicken breasts cooked in marinade and Group “C”. Heat the sauce until it boils and thickens.
Continuing to stir and fold the ingredients until thoroughly mixed, add 1 tbsp sesame oil. Place the finished product over a serving dish and serve.
