Chicken Breast (boneless, skinless) = 1/2 lbs
Beef tenderloin (cut into pieces) = 1 lbs
Medium-sized Shrimp (peeled and deveined) = 1 lbs
Snow Peas = 1/2 cup
Baby Corn = 1/2 cup
Red Bell Pepper (chopped)= 1/2 cup
Broccoli (cut into florets) = 1 cup
Chinese Five Spice Powder = 1/2 teaspoon
Soy Sauce = 1.5 tablespoon
Oyster Sauce = 1.5 tablespoon
Sugar (granulated) = 2 teaspoons
Corn Starch = 1 tablespoon
Chicken Stock (low sodium) = 1/4 cup

Steps for Making Triple Delight Chinese Food
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, 5 spice powders and place aside.
Step 2
Mix chicken stock with cornstarch in another bowl and place aside for later use.

In a wok or frying pan, add 1 tablespoon of peanut oil over high heat. Coat the pan with peanut oil.

Once the pan is lightly smoking, put in the chicken and beef and cook them quickly for a minute. After that, add the shrimp and continue to cook for an additional 2 minutes.
