- 1/3 cup La Choy Lite Soy Sauce
- 1 medium pineapple
- 1 tablespoon pineapple juice
- 3 tablespoon brown sugar

- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable Oil
- 1 teaspoon Kadoya Sesame oil

- 2 teaspoon water
- 2 cups cooked rice (for serving)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
